Hi! Everybody,
One member of my seniorcenter has the following problem with his newly bought laptop.Some program can be opened with Microsoft Works,but certain files,when he tries to open it,the following message appears:MS Works has stopped working.A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
But he never gets a notification!
Hopefully is the someone,that can solve this annoying problem and thank you very much in advance!

Have you tried re-installing Microsoft Works?
