I turned the computer on one morning, and found the desktop to be extremely zoomed in. It was much larger than standard, and I was unsure why this had happened. Before I got a chance to fix the problem, a white box popped up in the middle of my screen that reads: Input signal out of range Change settings to 1280x1024-60HZ. By itself, its not such a large problem, but every 45-60 seconds, another box pops up that reads: Monitor going to sleep. The monitor enters sleep mode, and I have to restart my monitor. I have tried to change the setting repeatedly, but when ever I open The Control Panel, It will not let me select 60 HZ. Here is an image of the box, my display settings box, and my Selections available. http://i324.photobucket.com/albums/... What can I do? My screen refresh rate is set at the only option available, 70 HZ. What should I do to fix the problem?

I"m almost sure that I have NEVER changed the graphics card. And if I had, it certainly wasn't any time recently.

change the setting for the screensaver and powersaver in the driver software of your Videocard and not under Windows.
