Getting either an HP mid to high end unit, probably the high end unit, wishing i could find one with Media Center, would prefer XP Media Center over Vista; however, will probably have to settle for the prinstalled Vista. I have never migrated an old pc to a new one. What is the best software for same and I guess my basic question would be how can I clone my pc including hard drive to the one or do I have to migrate only user progs such as favs, etc., and then reinstall progs on new pc's hard drive. I guess my direct question would be is the migration software for migrating personal issues only such as favs, etc., and not the programs. Thanks and what is the best to us. If I were going from same make and brand of pc to same make and brand of pc and same operating systems it would be easy, just apply the ghost image. However, I am at a loss as to the best course of action - migration of personals such as favs with software and reinstall programs or can everything be done. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
