I had installed a cd version Vista in my PC due to my DVD is damaged.After instal I found so many features are not in my system.I want to add Media center, but I dont no how. Please advise me how can i add media center in my pc.

Why would you pay out $$$ for Vista and not spend $20 for a new DVD drive, more ram also would have been a priority, 1 gb minumem. 512mb is nowhere near enough to run Vista and be able to use it, while you may be able to install it, it will be so slow it's not worth having.
