Comment:

I am having the problem with ny HP Pavillion Media Center m7763w, which TV tuner and FM radio is not working properly. Sometimes the tuner is not recognized, for both TV and Radio, sometimes TV does not identify any signal, but the antenna is used in a TV I have.
I tried to update some drive in Hauppauge website, reformat and reinstall Windows Vista Home Premium, but the problem still remain.
if anybody knows how to solve the problem, please, inform me.
Thanks.

You could try the card in another PCI slot.

Oh & BTW, you should also try both drivers below after repositioning the Tuner card & see if you notice any changes.
