Hi, I use my laptop often on a Lcd tv, therefore the s-video out socket is used. The problem I am having is that every now and again, (mostly when I am nowhere near a tv) The laptop decides to boot up using s-video as main monitor leaving the laptop screen blank. Obviously this is annoying when it mainly happens when I'm in my car or at work where a tv is nowhere near to change over back to laptop lol. Now I keep telling the properties that the laptop is the only display and also the main display, yet sometimes it still wishes to boot to s-video. The laptop screen is always working fine until the logon screen (when it decides to play up), and then thats it until i find a tv to swap it back over. Is there a way to prevent this from happening, even though i keep setting laptopo to main screen, or is there some keyboard shortcut on logon to let me "switch" displays?
