Hi All,
I am using Windows Mail and I keep getting a pop up when I send and recieve mail. The pop up says

"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified. A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider. Do you want to continue using this server?"

Is there anyway to stop this alert? Can someone tell me what is happening in non-technical language?

Thanks
Kevin

you'll have to use option 'Use an encrypted connection (SSL)'. most likely the server names and ports will have to be changed too, contact your email provider for the correct settings.
