I backup my laptop 2 time, and the second time => fail. And now I cannot delete backup folder in drive D: (HP+Recover) , i cammot see backup folder although when I scan my computer by symatecI see path D:\HeoXinh_PC\backup set.... I want delete backup folder. Plz help me????

Hello, here is how to delete the back up folder:
- Click on Computer - Open on the D: drive - Click organize - Click layout - verify there is a check beside menu bar - On the bar above organize click tools - Click folder options - in folder options click on the view tab - in the list put a dot beside "show hidden files and folders" - uncheck "hide protected files" - Hit ok - You should see a folder in the D: drive with the same name as the pc Whatever that name is do NOT delete it, but get rid of everything else. Reboot and smile

I see this folder backup. but i cannot access. Access is denied. And now how can i delete folder backup. Low Disk Space continutes
