loss of disk space

i have a 75gb hard drive that has 55.2gb of used space and 19.2gb of free disk space left. I've went through all of my files and i can't find whats taking up so much memory. All i have on this comp is a game which takes up 14gb of space and a small video game recording program. I've done disc clean up's defraging whatever and was hopeing someone could help me with this.
