linux to windows crossover network

Specs: Windows Vista
hi i've got two laptops. 1 with windows vista and the other with linux. i'm used to windows and know nothing about linux. so i want to install windows on the laptop with linux but need to do it with a network connection because it does not have a dvd drive. how do i do it.

If it's one of these netbooks, you may find it worth investing in an external drive as you'll always find a use for it in the future. The other way is to copy the installation disk onto a memory stick and use that instead.

Might get a barts network floppy. Setup a samba/cifs share on the linux, map the drive. Copy the files over and boot to a xp floppy set.

Otherwise maybe barts PE to usb might work then map the drive and install with install app on pe.
