My name is Ananya and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. I regret to hear about the issue you are facing. Which browser are you using ? If you are using internet explorer you can try and restore defaults and see if that works . Try the Following Steps .
Step 1 - Click on tools in Internet Explorer
Step 2 - Then click on Internet Options
Step 3 - Then a new window would appear from that select the last tab Advanced.
Step 4 - Then on the window on the bottom there would be a option reset , click on that and and restart the Internet Explorer and check if it works fine or not .
