Help please. everytime i login, my password (which is correct) logs me back out! the error message is User profile could not be loaded? i cant even reset password as a message about a floppy disk or USB comes up, im stuck, help! please

Thanks for the replies but i cant do anything! my laptop wont let me right click and the key pad for f8 etc is not working! help!!!!!!!
on screen, is my user profile pictue and password space. when i put in my correct password, it accepts then 2 seconds later the error message about user profile comes on. the only othe icon on screen is the turn off, hibernate/sleep one. HELP!
