|You mean that the lid or actual top of the laptop moves too fast or has no ability to stay in place? I have never seen an adjustment. Might try a bit of isopropyl alcohol on the joints. I guess you could isocyanate glue it in place.|
I doubt it would be worth it but might see a local repair place. They'd most likely charge you what a new faster one would cost. See prices at tigerdirect.com or other places for examples. A good one for most people might be as low as $380 or so.
