Comment:

I have a network printer and my laptop with Vista cannot see the printer. The printer is shared out but when I try to add a printer via wireless/bluetooth on the laptop I receive an error message saying there is not printer. How can I retrieve the printer via the wireless network?

Thanks,

The Control Panel > Printers has an Add Printers button and an Add Wireless printer link that displays after it is clicked.
