Japanese emails read on iPhone do not appear correctly in Outlook (Mojibake). Outlook worked great in Japanese prior to buying the iPhone. Now with EUC option or others we cannot read at all. Navtive messages do work Outlook to any email, but when iPhone is involved the format is lost.

I am thinking that the issue is the way you access emails. Might be how the settings for viewing or downloading the emails work. Only a guess.. Playing to the angels Les Paul (1915-2009)

We called Apple Care, they suggested trying the email without Outlook and it did work. They said they will look into the outlook issue and reply in a couple of days. Also, we found this issue reported on some Japanese web pages but no solution was provided. We can look at the Outlook settings but without specifics its hard to correct. We tried each encoding technique offerered to no avail.
