iTunes won't open - can't find Music file

Specs: Windows Vista
I moved my Music folder to another drive and now my iTunes won't open. I have moved the Music folder back to c:drive and have uninstalled and re-installed iTunes. It keeps giving me the message "The folder "iTunes" cannot be found or created and is required. The default location for this folder is in the "Music" folder". Please help. ps I am on Vista

Hi, take the following steps:
Press and hold on the shift key then run the Itunes , the menu
will ask you to create new library , follow this , it will sort it out
your problem.
