I'm a little confused by this question.. add-ons are generally within browsers and applications. Can you explain your current problem a little more?

I know you can go into the usual area to see add ons and disable etc but when I have run scans I have seen invisible add ons including Google etc that do not show up in the list of add ons anywhere. I know they are slowing my laptop down and I want to find them all and delete them. I even want to delete some of the ones in the list that you can only disable.

Add-ons are generally very small in size.. especially in browsers. In my history of working with computers, I have never seen an add-on slow a computer down. What I think the problem more here is that one of the add-ons/toolbars that you have might be a trojan or a virus of some kind.

What I would recommend is going to and downloading a program called Spybot - Search and Destroy. It has rules and functions in it that search for problems and things just like this.

Please come back and let me know what it found. :)
