ok i am running vista ultimte red i have 600g hd 4g ram and a duel 64b pro and the cop runs ok but internet usage is showing utilaizing only .02% of my connection speed should i reformat the comp i kinda want to start over fresh and clean but when i tryed to install visat with out up grading it told me that drivers wasnt pressent i need to know what drivers i need im running a hp model a6313w

So, if the computer is running fine except internet, why do you feel its the fault of the computer? Sluggish internet can be caused by numerous outside influences, the contention ratio, is your isp throttling things like Torrents and other P2P protocols during peak times? Have you tried another computer on the connection, also have you tried the computer in question outside peak times? If another computer runs fine the first thing you need to do is to make sure there is no crap-ware running in the background.
