INTERNET IS NOT WORKING WHEN ANTIVIRUS IS ON. WHEN ANTIVIRUS IS PAUSED OR OFF, INTERNET IS WORKING.

... look for a setting to tweak down security level

When you say "....when antivirus is on. ", do you mean antivirus is scanning your PC actively or antivirus is guarding your PC in the background ?
