I am missing something, need to ask you guys/gals...when you go to File, I have no Work Offline option listed at all. None. However if I open up 3 tabs, then click to activate the 3rd tab, it magically appears! Why?

Question #2 - When you click Help, the first option says Contents and Index. Where is the contents/index? I don't see anyway to see the list(s)?

Just in case some of you want to recommend FireFox, thanks but that doesn't fix the IE problems.

Played with it some more, the third tab is not necessarily magic - it did appear at one point when the 2nd tab was open/active. As of right now, it won't appear even when 3 tabs are open.

What is the trigger? Why isn't it there right from the get-go?
