i recently got a new laptop and i downloaded bitcomet on it to download stuff. everything is fine, except, whenever bitcomet is running the internet slows to a crawl. i know its not because its using all the bandwidth, because it happens even when its downloading at 1kpbs, and it hasnt happen to my old computer.
