insufficient storage on shadow copy file

I get an error message not enough storage on shadow copy file or data. I have checked disk cleanup more options and still nothing happens. I can't backup or restore files. Please help

Go to the event viewer logs and click on the problem for more details.

Hello,

You can use TimeTraveler GUI to configure the storage used by Volume Shadow Copy service. It lets you delete old shadow copies too. It is free for 10 days so you should be able to fix your problem.
