Installing xp Hard disk Not found?

I am trying to get rid of vista, it is just crap. I am tring to put Xp on but it says that the hard disk drivers are not found. Make sure they are powered properly and all that jazz. I cant figure out what to do.

If the hard drive is SATA you will need drivers for it from Toshiba, also you will need XP drivers for the motherboard and all other devices from Toshiba. Why not tell what problem you are having with Vista and get help to sort it out.

I have sony FZ31E and the same problem, I cannot remove Vista. The reason for removing Vista is that I have to install some softwares I need for my work, and these still do not have Vista version. My laptop is almost useless now. I would really appreciate if somebody can tell me how to install XP and remove Vista. I found all the drivers, but in the beginning of the installation is says: drive not found.
