I've had incredimail for several years on my old pc with no problems. I then had it on this new pc but it's never worked completely right. when I switched internet providers I decided to uninstall and reinstall it. I cannot complete setup as I get a message saying failed to download file http"//www5l.incredimail.com/im/setup/200910012010 1/default/installer/lcdata.cab. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again. Since I am not very computer savvy I haven't a clue what to do.

Might try that all again. On whatever you used to start the deal right click on it and run as administrator. Is this program supported under Vista. Might also have to run in compatibility mode if not. Playing to the angels Les Paul (1915-2009)

I have used it on windows XP and now on vista and it runs fine on vista and I didn't 'have to use compatibility mode. I had no trouble downloading it on vista and didin't get that error so have no clue about that. Maybe contact incredimail and ask. Mary
