Subject: Installing Adobe Reader 8OS: Vista UltimateCPU/Ram: 1.5GBModel/Manufacturer: Toshiba Tecra M5 |
Comment: Im trying to install Adobe reader but the error returned is "The temp folder is on a drive that is full or inaccesible.Free up space on the drive or verify that you have permission on the temp folder" Im completely baffled by this and havent got a clue as to what its referring to. My temp folder sits within my profile under %temp% and that folder only has a few Kb in it from running programs in RAM. The rest of the C drive is a clean as a whistle as i run window washer regularly.Any idea`s?

Reply: (edit)This is from the ADOBE website: " Reader 8 has been tested with a beta version of Windows Vista, and Adobe expects a subsequent version of Reader to support the shipping version of Windows Vista. "
