install windows xp with windows vista

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 2.135 GHz / 1023 MB
i have laptop hp with windows vista
i made new partition to install windows xp
when i boot fron windows xp cd
and click any key to start setup
the setup start with the bule screen and copy the setup files
but after finish this step the setup stopped and bule screen appeare with this messege
( a problem has been detecated and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer )
also in the bottom of screen this note appeare
technical information ( ***stop:0X0000007B,0XF78D2524,0X00000000,0X00000000)

did it complete the setup? and do you get this message after
installing ans booting with XP? Or when do you get this?

after it completed the setup filies and when it type
start insalling windows with the end of copy
direct this bule screen appeare

You should consider a virtual machine.
