Hi......I have been trying to fix this problem for about a week now. I uninstalled ESET because I was having problems with it. . I have also installed Firefox. Now my Incredimail will not work. Everytime I open it I get a message : Do I want to :Open -Save_ or Download. I thought it might be related to Firefox so I uninstalled it and returned to using IE. Same thing happened. So I reinstalled Firefox. I had a friend use remote help and he found ESET was still there. He deleted it . Next time I looked it was back again so I went to their website and followed their instructions for removing it. Anyway I finally got rid of it. I still had the same problem with Incredimail so I uninstalled it and checked to make sure it was all gone. Reinstalled.....didn`t work same thing happening. Once I had something popup about a runtime error. Please help. I have no idea what to do next. Thank you
