Specs: Windows Vista
I have updated to IE on my VISTA platform. I now quite often get Windows DEP closing my briwser session when I access some sites e.g. Youtube....This is a repeatable problem. I have also started IE8 without add-ons and I get the same problem. DEP keeps closing the browser session. I have switced DEP off for IE8 at the software level but that has not stopped the problem. I think DEP can also be set at the hardware/processor level but I'm not sure how to switch that off. Anythoughts?

You probably have a browser addon that is getting requested by the site but is corrupted.

I'd start by reinstalling flash and java, then going to enable/disable addons and disable anything that looks suspicious. (or you could research before disabling).
