Here's the situation:
I have a desktop with XP Pro and when I use IE7 and open multiple tabs with pics it remembers the directory I'm saving to for each tab open. It keeps the current folder active and I just have to click save.
With Vista and IE7 when I open multiple tabs of pics to save and then right-click on the image and choose save it always points to the pictures folder. I then have to go through and browse to the folder I want. Is there a way to change this so it keeps the directory that the pic from the first tab was saved in is the same folder the additional tabs are saved in? I've looked everywhere and I hope I'm just missing it.
I've tried ace-lite and kept getting an error saying picture not found in cache. I'd rather not use an add-on.

Have you tried in an alternative browser, like Firefox or Opera? This can at least narrow down whether the issue is browser-specific.

I have tried with Safari, and when opening up multiple tabs it keeps the "save" directory active where you save the first image. This is what I would like IE7 to do, but can't find any options for it. Don't really like Safari or Firefox so I'd like to figure out IE7.
