I downloaded another Internet Download Manager but during its installation following error appears "INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER DETECTED THAT ITS REGISTRY KEYS HAD BEEN DAMAGED SINCE LAST RUN. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOU RUN A FLAKY SPYWARE REMOVER PROGRAM WHICH CORRUPTED SYSTEM REGISTRY. INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER WILL TRY TO RESTORE ALL DAMAGED DATA, BUT SOME DATA MAY REMAIN CORRUPTED".. Try a system restore ..
If it didn't work, try to scan you registry with (Registry Mechanic), this should solve your problem

anyway, the problem was caused, because IDM connects to it's server when an internet connection is avaliable, and it checks for genuin keys, if you patched your IDM then the server has the patch regestrarion keys BLACK LISTED ...

anyway, you acn still use IDM, after you fix the problem for a trial, when the trial is finished, you can find yourself a (Trial Reset) patcher, which will delete the regestry keys, and then you can use IDM for another trial, and so on ..
