If you're talking about internet explorer, open MSN USA's page (just have the one tab open), go into internet options, and on the general tab (which is where you should be when it opens), click on the use current button.
I have the same problem. Only I am getting UAE.MSN, even when I type in MSN.com. or USA.MSN.com. When I selected my usual favorite button for MSN.com, it threw me to UAE.MSN and I need to know how to change that default.

Tried that but still keeps flipping back to uae.msn.com Very annoying!
