I really need help. I have try everything that was told on how to fix or get rid of the error message on the M3plugin dll error. went to the website download so call fix error and at the end of the scan they want you to buy the software. I need someone to help me, step by step how to fix it or better still, fix it to factory setting. by the way, I did not have a back up disk. Am I a mess!? Please help
