If you just want a recovery disk to repair the installation then there are numerous places you can download one from - the torrent files HERE definitely work - you get an iso file which then needs burning to disk, with Nero or whatever.

I've been working on a method to dechifre messages with the use of small dots. They are supposed to separate different parts of the message based on pauses used in fluid speach. I call the method "punctuation".

This is what I believe Sir Bob is telling us:
a. He needs some disk for his computer of the make E Machine.
b. He has a dog, made from dog food.
c. He needs a new dog for free.
d. He is willing to pay. (This contradicts c. above.)
e. He may have seen one for 20 dollars. (Here I'm guessing, it can be rupies.)
f. He has a boot menu on his computer, that he didn't have earlier.

Note, the method isn't perfected yet.
