Specs: Windows Vista
I was on the phone today with Microsoft to fix a problem, that they were able to fix, now I have no sidebar. if I click on the + at the top right hand side on my desktop up pops gadgets, when I drag (for example) the clock it turns black with a red hand. If I drag the calendar it changes to a small white box. I can't seem to fix this problem, help!

What was the original problem you were trying to fix and what did you do to fix it?

Original problem: I was unable to stay logged into my emails, I would check the box that said keep me logged in for two weeks, but each time I shut down my computer I would have to log in again. My second problem, I was unable to preview a montage I created in Onetruemedia.com. Microsoft determined it was my firewall, so they deleted my Kaspersky and put Microsoft Essentials on my computer. All problems were fixed, but now I am unable to drag and view gadgets on the side of my desk top.
