I can't see my drives through my boot disk?

Specs: Windows 7, 3000
Hi guy, i had a vista before it failed to
operate maybe some internal crash its just
freezing without boot, so i decided to install
windows 7 with boot dvd, unfortunately when
it comes to choose the partitions it can't find
any of 2 in my pc, I tried different way to
enter my HDs but failed (bartpe, volcov com, ). I am ready to format
the whole drive but there are some important
data inside i dont know how to pull them off.
is that bad block? or ntfs and fat32 clash, I
am frozen. please i highly appreciate your

If you can't see any partitions from any utility or from the install I would not trust that drive.

You might try one of the disk/partition recovery products [in free demo mode] to see if it sees any data at all. If it does then you can buy the product and recover your data.

Find out of the drives require special drivers. Add them to the barts cd or use a modern linux live cd that has them. Can add them at boot time with windows 7 or vista too.
