i can't seem to find my widows media player after i uninstall my norton after a 60 days free period. after the 60 days free period of norton, i installed my Mcafee, and my windows media player disappeared. i tried to search for it in my compute using all the ways i know of, and i still can't find it, it's like it dissapeared(btw, only the .exe file of windows media player disappeared.) what should i do, since i really need sometimes. btw, i'm running on a vista 32-bit.

model: HP pavilion A6000n
processor: AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+, 2200Mhz, 2Cores, 2 logical processors

have you tried re-installing wmp? try to install using the disk you got when you purchased the computer.if that doesn't help call the manufacturer.

i tried, but microsoft said that my WMP's version is newer than the one on their website...
