Is it reasonably possible to link a cell in Microsoft Excel 2007 to a specific Outlook Contact? Or does anyone know the path to where Outlook Contacts are stored?

That is a little complicated for me. I think it may be possible, but from what I have gathered, I need Outlook Professional 2007 with Business Contact Manger. Thanks for your help.
