I have a HP Pavillion dv2000, less than 2 years old.
To start the laptop every time I have to press the power button multiple(10, 15, 20..) times or sometimes have to hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.Please tell me what is wrong, is there any component I have to replace, and please let me know what needs to be replaced and how to so that.

... give the back of the switch a good clean and contact points rather than pay $50+ for the part
