Solved How to stop the eRecovery installer getting stuck after a fa

Specs: Windows XP
This is old I know, but the problem is quite common and easy to solve. It seems to be due to the eRecovery installer looking for a drive D: with label DATA. Create such a drive e.g. a flash stick or external usb drive, configure it using Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Storage - Disk Management, then reboot. The eRecovery module will now install happily.
