how to retrieve all mails (gmail) in outlook

Hello. I am a novice for outlook. I have completed the mail setting successfully for gmail in outlook. But not a single mail is retrieved in outlook and also I am unable to find any button/command to retrieve my mails in outlook 2007. \H e l p / shaikhmdjohar@gmail.com
