Iknow alot about rebootin computer back to factory with a cd but this one is stumping me. I have tried to use F11 and F8 as well as F10 and none of them are workin to reset back to factory. Could someone please tellme which one i need to use... Thanks

Thanks a lot for the info. The F10 key was the key to Factory Preset, the Vaio VGN-CR510E.
