| To run a factory recovery on your Acer, reboot your machine & hold down the ALT key while tapping F10 repeatedly upon restart & follow the prompts from there ... but be advised, this procedure wipes all data from the machine so backup whatever critical data you wish to preserve before you do the above. If you want Acer to send you a set of recovery discs for your machine, you can place a purchase for a nominal fee from here & they'll ship you a set. Or simply create a set for yourself & save you some 20 bucks. Windows 7 News!
