How do I make a program remember it's priority? The game I play makes it so you can not alt tab without leaving the game which then ends the process on the Windows Task Manger. For the game to run and the process to show you have to log in and start the game. I have read about shortcuts and that but it doesn't work since you can't play the game unless your logged on and press play.

I think this can be done with some third party programs but not with Task Manager. But why do you wish to do this?

By default most processes run with normal priority. Unless you have other CPU bound processes running with this priority while playing the game, which you shouldn't, increasing it's priority will do little. Increasing a processes priority will not normally improve it's performance.

I do understand that there are some legitimate reasons for changing process priority.
