how to get explorer to look like XP PRO ?

the look of explorer in Vista to look like that of xp pro ?????

Why do you want to do this? If you really want Vista Explorer to look like XP Explorer, you should stick with XP. Otherwise find time to learn to get acquaint with Vista makeover (it's known as keeping abreast with the changing technology and it's good for those who wants to be ahead in the field).
