How to fix this strange lag issue

Ok i think all this happened after i updated my BIOS for my motherboard( Aspire M1201).
When i play a P2P server online game(rumble fighter), i cant hit anything after around 90 secods but then it recovers for next round but the same thing happened( cant hit any1 after 90 seconds) I think something limited the the access of internet for this game but i dont know how to fix it . Please Help

One more thing, the game runs smoothly on my old xp computer(no lag) but the graphic sucks like...idk
