Windows Media Centre keeps starting up for no reason. I have unchecked the command line in Start Up C:\WINDOWS\EHOME\EHTRAY.EXE and rebooted then checked that the command had indeed been switched off. After a couple of minutes the Media Centre auto starts again an on going back to services I find that a duplicate command line has been created checked for auto start. I'm running the 32-bit version. I have tried to rename the .exe file to .old but the system will not permit the change even though I am running in administrator mode. How can I permantly disbale the Media Centre Progam as I cannot uninstall it either.
