OS: vista home premium upgrad
CPU/Ram: 1.00 gb
Model/Manufacturer: dell

Been looking all over for the file nemed
WINDOWS.OLD so i can delete it from my hard drive.Is it possible to tell me where i can find this file can't seem to find it.

it's a subdirectory inside the windows folder

oh, and it is 'hidden'

set your folder options to 'show all files'

Double click My Computer, click on your properties where you installed Vista go to disk cleanup and it will bring up a dialog box that has something like get rid of old windows. Click that box and say ok. It will get rid of the Windows.Old file.
