how do I fix Bad Pool Header

I have no idea where to start with this...the only problem I find with drivers is with a WAN miniport. This is a friends computer and I am unfamilar with Vista. Any help would be appreciated.

That can be tricky. What's the rest of the error? When does the blue screen occur? Look at the event viewer first for error messages & event IDs.
