Hi, I can't get rid of an URL in my history that constantly shows up in my drop down address bar list. I've tried all the suggestions people have but it won't delete. Am I doing something wrong? I use Windows Vista.

Have downloaded and installed the free Ccleaner? http://www.ccleaner.com/ This cleans up browsing history besides other things including cookies. Unless you have some piece of malware that is putting the unwanted URL back.

Just open IE and click on tools and then delete browsing history. Delete all and it should be gone.
