For the past few weeks every time I try to go to hotmail or even past the MSN homepage my computer freezes and I can't figure out why. I've scanned and rescanned my computer, uninstalled/reinstalled flash. I've tried everything but nothing works. Even leaving it sit there. What's going on! I can't even contact the "Help Desk" with my problem because it too freezes up!
Consider using event viewer just after freeze if you can. Might try the latest IE 8. Could consider another browser like FF or Opera to try.
You may have to use system restore to time when it did work.May even have to re-install the OS from recovery disk. LAST choice.

I installed FF (much as I don't like it, haha, but I needed Hotmail) and it worked. Thank you so much for helping me fix my computer!
